^^^^ what he said. the biggest pain in the ass with my old chevy was using form-a-gasket on the valve covers, it's a bitch to get it all off, I was so glad when I finally stopped being cheap and bought rubber gaskets. If you need a gasket plus a full layer of sealant for a valvecover then something is really wrong.
