hmm. in general:

99-04 GT stock have been seen from like 13.9-15.0 not bad
96-98 Cobra's are very similar in speed to the 99-04 GT's (13.8-14.9)
99-01 Cobra's *dunno, but they're IRS and N/A
03-04 Cobra's are fast... but never seen a stock one run so i dunno
