NHTSA recently recinded import eligibility for all Skyline's other than the 96-98 R33's. However, the EPA requires that those years have an OBD-II system, which no one has developed to date. Additionally, not a single RI has sucessfully reproduced Motorex's modifications used to legalize the cars.
