He probably would.... My boy has a turbo saturn and with the stock motor turbo at 10 psi he ran a 13.3 @ 104 on slicks. The kit was all Garbage at that point in time.... starion fmic, horrible 2" i/c pipes, t3 turbo, volvo bov, open dp, untuned. The car is a blast to drive and pretty damn quick considering what it is.
