What kind of power would a 95 hatch make with the following similar setup.?

97-type r block
00-gsr head
full port and polish
itr cams
skunk 2 valve train
basic bolt ons i/h/e

and 1/4 mile times?

just wondering because I have the chance to get a hatch like this and im 2 lazy 2 search for the answer
