Looks like there's a lot that has already gone on that we aren't privy to...lug nuts, pain chips etc. Shit happens on the dyno that isn't necessarily the fault of the guy trying to tune it...that's why they all have you sign a release.

Oh, and the bridge thing. He's right, there is a BIG difference between a balls to the wall run over a bridge like Gandy and a 1/4 mile run or a dyno run up to your redline and then getting out of it. Being able to maintain sufficient fuel pressure and flow for one is a lot different than the other.
you know i figured that ken would call out of the woodwork being as that he is banned at every forum. I am the shop mangager here. (matt) and will HAPPILY answere any questions that ANYONE on this thread has. there are quite a few lies on here that i will straten out. people are alowed to beleive what they want but i want everyone to know the TRUTH about what happened before making decisions. as posted earlier that is our phone number and don as well as i will answere ANY questions. First off, ken brought his cobra to us and spacificly requested that he make 800+ RWHP. we told him the only way to do this was with a f1A procharger and alcohol. he wanted maximum boost. which we gave him. (30 PSI) he will probably chime in and say that it had 30 degrees timing in it. this is compleatly false it had 25 degrees timing in it but also had alcohol injection as well as race fuel in the tank upon the time of tuning. it left hear with a PERFECT 11.5 AFR across the board. car ran flawlessly. i met him one night out on the bridge were he handed an ass whopping to a few people again car ran perfect. then, ken has the idea that he is going to port the intake. upon test driving it the onboard widband indicated that there was a SAVEAR lean condition above 5,000 RPM he was instructed to take it easy on the car and bring it too the shop where it could be retuned for the intake. he dispite this decided to race a bike in which time the motor decided it had enough and blew. i PERSONALLY did everything i could to help him after the matter. he was given a VERY reasonable price for a billet shortblock and he turned it down deciding that he did not have the money. no he has decided that he wants to bash us because we are not giving him a free motor? i am sorry but it does not work this way. he left here KNOWING that 800 + RWHP on a stock motor was NOT A GOOD IDEA. but that is what he wanted and that is what he got. again i will answere ANY questions that ANYONE might have about this matter.
