As always, start with the easy, and least expensive things first. Flush the radiator, and replace the cap, make sure to get all the bubbles out of the coolant. If that doesn't work , get a HG tester thing, and test your radiator fluid for a busted headgasket, then replace either water pump, or HG - whichever you need.
