I have owned my CBR 954 for almost four years now. The bike has 18K miles and runs like a champ. I change my oil once per year using Mobile 1 red/gold cap. I replace my rear tire about once per year and I have gone through one set of sprokets/chain. Basically I ride my bike about 5-6K miles per year.

How does my maintenance schedule effect my bike? Jimmy at Kenetic Motorsports just installed a Power Commander and a custom map on my stock 954. The bike made 138 hp to the wheel. My bike was also broken in easy and by the book for the first 600 miles. Go figure.
