Good first step might be to look for those compressor cover markings- the stock T-25 markings were different from the big28 markings. Better yet, pull the intake pipe (=1 hose clamp) and look at the compressor wheel. I would say it's pretty unlikely that the guy who sold you the car would overlook an upgraded turbo in listing it for sale, since that's a pretty big selling point. I'd say you have a T-25, and the drivers you're going up against suck. You probably have a low 14 second car at best. Even if it pulls hard enough to match your expectations for a 13 second car, it's FWD.
