my friend has a 98 gst and he bought a brand new bov. its a knock off of the type s. anyway when he accelerates at around 5000 rpm the motor seems to cut off fuel. its like when a top speed governor kicks in. he took it out and put the stock bov back in and the problem stopped. anyone ever hear of this problem or have any suggestions on if it can be fixed or what to do?
