Yeah you need to take the heatshield off to get to it. Youll need a 10mm open ended wrench to adjust it. You need to take off the c-clip (I used a flathead screwdriver), then loosen the nut thats on the actuator arm itself. Its the one that looks like its white in the picture. After youve done that just pull the arm off of where the c-clip was holding it and turn. Turn towards the passenger side of the car to tighten and towards the drivers side to loosen. As you can see youll only be able to turn in 180* increments. I left mine at a full 360* turn.

Oh and I dont recommend doing this unless you have a way to monitor boost. Either a boost gauge or datalogs.
