When do you mark an item as not received after buying on ebay? I've waiting 2 weeks and have received nothing. seller has not returned any of my emails within the past 4 days and he "said" it was shipped out over a week ago from Ohio. Im kinda in a rush for what i bought and dont want to sit around bs'ing waiting for this guy to get out of his rocking chair. the money was taken out of my account on the 15th of feb. via paypal. any suggestions?
