It was only gonna be a 3yr production run anyway, they thought they would be able to change the contract with the UAW, but couldnt. But yeah they shot themselves in the foot every model year, the only thing is that the 05s are almost all gone, I think only like 1000 left country wide, thats not to bad considering the 06 came out 3 months ago. And it wont be coming back, expect pontiac or buick (I hope) to have something on the same platform a yr or 2 later. This car had the curse of the impala SS all over it
