I congratulate you on taking a car that a lot of guys supposedly hate, and stereotype saying that all the men who drive Beetles are gay, and making it into a decently quick car so far. IMO, a 14.0 run is pretty stout for a Beetle.

Some of you need to re-think the shit you say, or at least find some other way to feel good about yourself and boost your already-low self esteem level. Giving someone so much shit over a car that doesn't deserve it is pretty much useless.
As a person who has no problem with beetles, I have to say that driving a beetle just makes an easy way to diss someone who was driving like an idiot, according to the first post.
Driving like an idiot in a beetle just looks more... idiotic. You know, because they have such a "nice personality." It's like mugging someone in a micky mouse suit.
Now me, myself, personally, I'd just say "wow, asshole. You're a shitty driver."
