well i think i can win the case on the exhaust because nowhere in the statue does it say that you can not replace the exhaust, it only states that you cannot modify it to be louder. and since the cop said i was getting a ticket for the exhaust itself and not the noise i think i should be able to win.........also it would be a big hassle to take off my exhaust and install the other one just to go and have it inspected.....but maybe you guys might know if it is better for me to take it to court or to go through the hassle of putting on a loaner.

so has anyone else recieved a ticket on changing lanes without using a turn signal....i looked that one up too and was only able to find statue 316.085 which says to use turn signals to make a turn.......not change lanes.
