ball bearing turbos are not "rebuiildable" you have to get a new center cartridge IIRC.

If you just need a wheel, he can replace that for you. He perfers that you ship him the turbo, he's not really a people person anymore. He is still the best turbo man around who's in business. I wouldn't take them to any other shop.
