Default can't get into reverse
I can't get into reverse without the geargs grinding each other. Am I doing it wrong? The engine is idling and I am sitting still when I change the gear into reverse but it still grinds. Then after it grinds then I am able to get it into gear easily

Am I doing it wrong?
