cus not everyone is smart enought to bring it to court, especially if they are caught up in the fact that they were caught doing something wrong.. they dont always know that the cop didnt see it.
its the cops fucking duty to be there to stop that shit, thats much more dangerous than some normal driver doing 10 over on a 4 lane road. im sick of seeing a huge speed trap, 10 police car setup going on when some jackass 2 streets over just almost ran me off the road. there are more than enough police around here, its time that they use their force correctly.
