well with a 200 shot a glide will work good especially with small tires. I ran a glide and went 7's and needed it and then 9's in my other car and it was the most boring ride I had. Remember glides have a lousy first gear and you will need more rear gear or a looser converter. Hope it has a brake. Glides also work well in light cars under 3000 lbs. I think first is 178 and the other choice is 186 as you can see its not much of a first gear.
i got ya, and thanks, it does have a trans brake, 28 small enough for a tire, also converter is 4200 stall . and will i have a problem with the headers?
