In my eyes the only real way to fix the problem is to either port the wastegate on the TD04 of get a larger turbo.
with his mods the air is flowing much quicker. if tuned properly the boost will do whats its told by making adjustments to the wastegate. you can go ahead and port the wastegate but its not a guarnteed fix and downtime
