Default ethanol powered engines

Does anybody know what it takes to convert an unleaded gasoline vehicle to run on ethanol?

I know at least think that it is pretty easy since a lot of cars are already set up like I heard that Tauruses, Explorers, Stratuses, Suburbans and I think some s10's are already equipped for it.

Is this true? If so. What do they have that a standard engine doesn't have?

the reason motorists don't know about the five-million-plus ethanol-ready cars and trucks on the road is that until now Detroit never felt the need to tell them. Automakers quietly added the flex-fuel feature to get a break from fuel-economy standards that is what I heard why they don't advertise it.
