only the 95-96 had the yellow plasma glass on the foglights unless he put yellow ion bulbs in it but the 97-98 are clear white (stockwise).

carey did u catch the plate? i know garretts has volk gtps and the oem lip and would have been ALOT faster than that green one, it could have been from orlando or somewhere else if it wasnt a pinellas/hills tag u know.
