I was far from being a 10 sec car, but I still have the fuel rails I purchased years ago in the original packaging. I never had a problem with running lean, or any other fuel delivery issues. I'm a firm believer that it's more hype then anything else for milder applications. I wouldn't knock anyone for doing them, because I'd rather be safe then sorry, but most that choose to do them don't actually need them or see any benefit.
