Maybe I could put a really small diameter aftermarket steering wheel in it, but I'm not going to spend that much time and money on a car I'm not comfortable in.
Hey, AbortRetryFail- have you ever sat in an FD? How does it compare to your FC? Does the FC have more room for the driver? Does it come with a tilt wheel?
Only some FC's have a tilt wheel, mine does - even with it all the way up it's not exactly easy to get in and you'll still hit your knees if you're not careful. I broke the plastic thing on mine with my knee when i fell asleep in the car (parked). I dont think mazda designed anything they make with people over 6' in mind. I'm only 5'11" and i've hit my head on the door frame getting in
I've only sat in 1 FD and i dont think i was paying attention to leg room (not a big priority for me - besides, im used to the FC)
