Just make sure the nuts and bolts are tight, and do a leaktest after wards. I've never had a problem with mine like this.

Oh and when buying/using the smaller washer(blue), make sure its not thicker than the base "disk" of the HKS bov.Obviously if it is, then the big washers(red) wont be able to press down tight on the base of the BOV.

Its easy once you actually start doing it.
