Check your compression next. To do it just hook up the gauge and pull the MPI fuse that is in the fuse block on the battery. That will stop the injectors from firing and hosing you down with gas.

Crank it over 4 times for the reading. *hold down the throttle while you crank*
Also check your base timing. Should be 5 degrees advance at idle. Thats stock. http://www.myzero.com/engine/timing.html
