I've got a story but nothing as cool as that. My dad always has good stories for me.

My parents moved from Indiana to California and my dads mom stayed in Indy. After being in Cal. for a few yrs my grandma didn't have any use for her 55' Chevy anymore so she asked my dad if he wanted it. Of course he did but he couldn't leave work at the time to go get it. So he had an apprentice that worked for him who wanted to go on vacation, soooo my dad asked him if he wanted to go to Indiana lol. My dad paid his plane ticket there and he took a two week vacation and drove the car back to my dad. My dad added this to his collection w/ the El Camino and old Honda. Well later I was born and lucky for me they bring me home from the hospital in the 55' .

I actually just dug up the slides of the 55', the El Camino and the Honda about a month ago. I want to get them made into prints and I'll post em up.
