Where does it say the 20B want in the FC do to not passing emissions.
The 20B wasnt designed for the FC,Also the Cosmo had the 20B in the more expensive trim package.If Japan sold and use that car over there for that many years,The emissions couldnt be that bad
(I think thier emision is moire strick than ours)
