Default timing belt tensonor wheel squealing?

this rough squealing starts to come from my motor. so while running, i put a breaker bar to various parts: the water pump, a/c compresor, alternator, etc and the other end to my ear to find out where the noise is coming from. i obviously cant put the bar down in where the tensonor wheel is for the timing belt, but it seems to me, that is what is squealing. when i shut the motor off after running it for half hour or more, bits of black smoke will be coming from that area. i can poor water on the timing belt tensonor wheel and it is as if i pored wated on the exhaust manifold, its that hot. i know that it is connected to the motor but no other part on the motor does that. also my timing belt seems a tad tighter

ia that the problem or s/t else? the wheel which is right in front of that, in which the other belts runs through is very hot as well, as if i am poring water on the exhaust manifold again.

i am prepared to swap out what i need to. just want to see what you guys think. could it be s/t else in that area. thanks all for any help/suggestions
