$2300? Are you sure thats not the 00 Cobra R brake kit and not the base cobra upgrade kit?

PPI had the cobra/bullit front kit for $450 last time I checked, it was everything you needed minus the pads and spindles.

You can also just do the Mark VII rear brakes which can be had for a lot cheaper
