No I wouldn't think that its to small for a 14B. Like Dario, I ran my T25 at 11 low and 16 high alot. But for the 14B I would keep it a around 14 or 15 until you get some type of fuel control. The 450's in the stock motor should have no problem supplying it with fuel at 15psi. Also Step 1-- you might want to tell him to add a boost gauge and a EGT. Just to keep an eye on everything.
