ok guys here is an update. I brought the lift home, ran 220v wiring. Filled up the pump with oil. The pump is running when you hit the button, i can feel vibration in the hose, but the piston in the cylinder is not going up. I will remove the cylinder and mess around with it and possibly get it rebuilt.
