i have a GSR head i just bought but cant use on my B16 i found out that you loose power by putting a GSR head on a B16. it has crane springs, titanium retainers, aftermarket valves, ect i have the paper work too. you just need cams, cam seals, and those top metal runners that hold the cams in. i can tell you more tomarrow if interested.
