It comes with Rotors, SS lines, Caliper adjustments, hardware etc. I found NHT calipers, but i cant exactly figure out if there better than OEM spec, i've looked for other brands (rotora, brembo, etc) and can't find any for the civic ex non-abs. Can any1 give me a hand here?
Thanks.
Ive never heard of NHT, but the stock (nissin?) are pretty good in a reliability sense. I would stay away from cross-drilled personally and opt for slotted only. Seen too many crack between the holes. You can almost put any caliper on your knuckle with the correct relocator bracket. Brembo's are sweet, monoblock aluminum multi piston etc., but your gonna pay for them unless you got a hook up.
Fastbrakes.com has alot of oem upgrade brake kits and custom brackets and stuff. I would recommend a larger master cylinder if you get bigger piston calipers. If not, youll actually lose clamping pressure at the same pedal pressure.
I have the accord V6/ITR calipers with 11" slotted prelude rotors and a 1" master cylinders on my civic and recommend it as a good upgrade. 15" wheels are a minimum though.
