Hey sorry but without anything to control those injectors your gonna be without a running car. Mr2s do not run very well with 550cc without a bit of leaning out...

And oh yeah no 13s for you without a boost controller too. $2500 is alot but you must first know what you want to do. If the fastest Mr2 is your goal spend the 2500 on an EMS and to hell with the piggy backs take it from me (VPC S-AFC and Gforce) Also screw the upgrade its not worth it in my book. Why 650 for an upgrade when you can slap $600 more and get a 20g. And the Greddy IC is crap especially in FL. Too prone to heatsoaking. I am doing a Greddy 20g and Trunk Mount 3 row greddy core. Never will the term heatsoak apply to my car. But again you can obtain low 13s easy just gotta spend it well. If its a fast street car your looking for:
HKS VPC (best power adder)= 700-850
2 Spal Fans for IC= 140
Apexi GT spec or Greddy PE exhaust= 650-900
Intake (stay away from blitz or HKS)= 100-150
Boost gauge (a must)= 30-100
Boost controller (manual or Electronic set at 15 psi)= 10-400
Turbo Timer 80-100
And there you go mid to low 13s and also your money is now gone
