If your map sensor is reading boost ie no check vavles or missing link that would explain a big part of your problem.Even though the map is capable of reading boost up to 11 or so psi, the factory computer was never designed too.As soon as the computer reads boost it goes into limp mode.It will reduce the rev limit to about 4000 rpm...Unless you have hondata or some other standalone you must use something to stop the map sensor from seeing boost...
