No, an idiot would go to the boneyard and buy a POS VW for $200, spend countless hours of body work and $20k in parts, to have a $5,000 car. I really thought the restored pics were gonna be of it converted to a 3 wheeler. And I never said I didn't like it. I can actually appreciate nice work, and that is some nice work. But I can't understand the wasted resources put into something like that. I would say it's probly a apprentice job, or a school project. If it were a sentimental thing it would have been restored to original.
