Can't you use some of your resources to find a retired 351 nascar motor? That coupled with a 200 shot and a good cam and your going low 9's if you can make it stick. If not that just get a local machine shop to do the work, why pay for the big flashy name. I have a good contact down in ft. myers but he's damn slow so you can't be in a hurry. On the flipside his work is top notch and he woln't break your bank.
