Plastic plate? Do you mean the grill? The undercover? I still had problems getting it off with the right cap, and I did take off the undercover.
I know I'm weak as hell, but even my mom's boyfriend couldnt get it off with some elbow grease...I swear they either had a big burly man put it on or torqued it with air
