Yes and no.
NSX-R - Great suspension, deacent power, very sleek and aero. First car to have an all aluminum uni-body design. <- thats big
Skyline GTR - Good power, Good suspension

You also have to factor in Japans HP limit. Not being able to manufacture a car over 280hp limits them dramatically. Im sure if there was no law they would be all over it, making high HP cars with excellent suspension to boot.
