take 2 bolts out that hold your trans to your cross member. remove 2 bolts that hold in your crossmember in the car then take it out. there is 2 bolts that hold your mount to your trans, yep remove those also.

make sure you support your trans with a jack or something before you start working, as it won't have any support once you remove the cross member.
