Does the power steering sit up top near the valve cover or down low near the oil pan? If it sits down low, you'll need the special pulley that bolts in place of the A/C compressor or get a compressor to bolt in its place.
Basically the belt goes around the crank, wraps over the water pump so the back (smooth side) of the belt goes around the water pump pulley, then goes around the alternator. After the alternator, the belt goes below the tensioner (again, smooth side to the pulley) and goes over to the drivers side of the motor. Here, it either goes around the A/C compressor or Power steering pump (if its a non-A/C car and the PS pump is up top). Then it goes back to the crank.
There should be a sticker on the radiator core support with a diagram showing the routing.
