I cant gaurentee you any times because i dont know how you drive.. Ive heard that the d16a6 pulles harder than most single cam blocks. Here are some gear ratios for trannys. your ex is good

You should get a y8 head (more compression) and throw like a stg 1 cam in it.
CX/VX Transmission 46 - 85 - 140 - 175
DX/LX Transmission 37 - 68 - 102 - 132
EX/Si Transmission 35 - 60 - 91 - 126
