Can someone give me a little info about " Rebuilt title " cars? I found a very good deal on 01' M3 w 10K miles for 25K, this car i wanna get but its rebuilt title. Whats the big diff about it?

And if you were to find a car that has rebuilt title but for a good price would you buy it?
