This is true here in the states. We call them Ricers (wannabe racers).
In all seriousness and BoostedB16a3 will agree, they are the ones that give Honda owners a bad rap. They put a intake and exhaust and now they are the fastest racers in the world.
Thats why, I cant stand them at all.
Just remember not all Honda owners are the same.
