i guess this sounds like a place that i would take my car, a place that the owner bashes his own employees...
also, if you are so into poker, you should know that you can tell a lie and NOT sound like you know nothing abotu what you are talking about... so if you were trying to sound like you knew nothing about cars then, well, good job i guess you fooled me and i guess you won... man you sure beat me there... man you should show me how to do that poker face sometime so that i can make customers of mine think that i know nothing about the cars i "work" on aswell... well not that i work on, but the ones that the "minimum wage kids" work on for me...
