Any knowledge is better than no knowledge. I don't object that some people
refuse to educate themselves, and complain about it later........
My challenge to you is to GET those unmarkeds tag numbers,
and 1. see if there are enough unmarkeds to get concerned about.
and 2.get a sense of where they generally are found. Human behavior can be profiled.
If some people allege that they were profiled by the cops, is it not logical to profile them right back?-Bob
