Plus, I still can't agree with those Flowmaster 40's on the 3.8. I've got some Flows on the Torino, with a 351ci big block V8, and it still doesn't sound all that good.
well for one ive never heard a ford engine that sounded good to me and im not going to be making this car modded out to the point where it isnt streetable. the point of this project is to prove that this engine naturally asperated can make a 12 second run without any forced induction and be streetable. and believe me i already had (and still do have drawn up) plans to allow an LS1 and make the car RWD, but it would cost more than the conversion did with my buick. that car i just stole the rear end from a Grand National and used that.

oh yeah and one other thing, ive ran up against the 96' imp, one car length was in between us.
