What do you have done to your 24v? I raced one when I was stock, and he was slightly modded (CAI, and full exhaust) and I killed him. I actually gave him like 5 cars and passed him before 5th gear, from a 3rd roll. You must have some pretty heavy shit in your car, or the guy you raced skipped a gear or something.
