i have removed the tranny 3 times trying to fix this problem. at first it would not go in gear at all. found out that the oem throw out bearing i was using was not compatible with the act disk, it was hitting the middle piece and not allowing it to engage. after i swapped the beaing out for one that worx, i get this problem. actually the guy at clutch city helped me figure out the bearing issue. (he had never seen anything like it before) and i have had the tranny off twice trying to fix the engagment point, but everything looks fine. its got me stumped. and i have checked the throwout bearing and the fork both times. i dont think that is the issue because the clutch pedal feels very easy and does nothing after the first inch or so. i would think that if that were the case it would engage right away and then be really hard to push it any further. im lost.
